How many restaurants are there at the hotel?
Our signature restaurant, The Terrace, offers breakfast, lunch and dinner in a fine-dining atmosphere. The Maybourne Cafe is a more relaxed option offering a full menu, grab and go options, cocktails and wine. The Rooftop Pool also serves an all-day menu with patio seating.
What health and beauty services are there at The Maybourne Beverly Hills?
Our spa offers the finest in spa, skincare, beauty and wellness treatments and Gornik & Drucker is our barbershop.
Does the hotel have a fitness center?
The Maybourne Beverly Hills has on-site fitness facilities for in house guests and members – open 24 hours a day – offering a wide range of equipment. Private training sessions are available for individuals and groups, and guests can also book wellness classes for an additional fee.

Can I bring my pet to The Maybourne Beverly Hills?
Yes, we love to cater to our four-legged friends and you can discover our special pet-friendly amenities here. There’s a two pet limit, a fee of $50 per day to pay, and pets cannot be left unattended in your guestroom or suite. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our restaurants, bars and dining areas, the pool deck or the spa, with the exception of service animals.

Yes. Our in-room dining is available daily, and includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks menus, plus options for children.
What room options are available at the hotel?
We feature guestrooms with either a king bed or two queen beds. For Suites, we offer our Terrace Junior Suite and One Bedroom Suites. We also have 3 Signature Suites. We offer two Maybourne Residences, available in either a 3-bedroom or 4-bedroom layout. All room types have connecting options subject to availability.
Do all of your rooms have private baths?
Yes, all rooms include a full marble and mosaic-tiled bathroom complete with a standalone shower and soaking bathtub
Does The Maybourne Beverly Hills offer transport from the airport to the hotel?
Yes. Ground car transportation can be arranged through our concierge.
What airports are nearby?
The Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), The Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR), and the Van Nuys Airport (VNY) are located within driving distance to the hotel.
Is there parking available at the hotel?
Yes, valet parking is available for $65 nightly.
Parking at our restaurants is $20 for the first 4 hours with validation, and $5 per hour thereafter.
Event parking is $20 per car.

Is breakfast included?
Depending on the package booked, guests are entitled to a $95.00 breakfast credit. Said credit is adjusted upon check out and not when the check is presented when serving the guest.
What are the normal check-in and check-out times at The Maybourne Beverly Hills?
Check-in time is 3pm, and check out time is at midday (12pm).

Does the hotel accept traveler's checks as payment?
No, we do not accept any kind of checks.
What is the non-refundable reservations policy?
The non-refundable policy only applies to our In Advance package. A full, non-refundable prepayment is required at the time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the pre-payment is not received.
What is your cancellation policy?
Rooms and Suites Cancellation: Reservations can be canceled without charge until 6 pm PST one day before the arrival date to avoid any cancellation or no-show charges equivalent to the rate on the first night.
Signature Suites Cancellation: All our signature suites require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. Reservations can be canceled without charge until 6 pm PST fourteen days before the arrival date to avoid any cancellation or no-show charges equivalent to the rate on the first night.
Do kids stay free?
Yes. There is no additional charge for children.
Does The Maybourne Beverly Hills offer babysitting services?
Yes. We have a team of qualified, multilingual and highly reliable babysitters on call who will be happy to take excellent and professional care of your child/children.
Can I send packages to the hotel?
Yes. Concierge will gladly store your packages and deliver them to your room upon arrival.
Are there smoking rooms, and can I smoke in public spaces?
Beverly Hills is a non-smoking city. Cigars may be purchased for smoking only within the Whisky Bar and can only be purchased by hotel guests.
Does your hotel offer currency exchange?
At this time, the hotel does not. However, there is a currency exchange office within walking distance from the hotel.
