Kindred Spirits sees The Maybourne Bar hosting award-winning bars from L.A., North America and across the globe. And just like the perfect cocktail, it’s all about the mix.
Expect iconic names and rising stars from trophy-winning bars. Sip and savor drinks that capture moments, tell stories and have the power to transport. And discover the new-era innovators rewriting the rulebook, with fresh twists on classic recipes. Each pop-up in the series is set to be an original, yet all are united in their dedication to pushing boundaries, celebrating flavor and serving with flair – all Kindred Spirits, in the truest sense.
Drop in to The Maybourne Bar on select evenings, from 7pm-10pm, for each one-night-only cocktail experience. No reservations needed, and walk-ins will be seated on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Little Bones Beverage

The innovators behind some of Canada’s best bars and restaurants, Little Bones Beverage will preview its newest concept right here at The Maybourne Bar. Expect cocktails of the unexpected, as founder Robin Goodfellow explores playful flavors from surprising sources, with drinks accompanied by artfully crafted canapés.
