How far in advance can I book The Maybourne Beverly Hills for an event?

1.5 years out from the event date.

How many guests can I have for my wedding?

280 guests would be the maximum for a wedding.

Can I provide my own catering and alcohol?

All food and beverage must be provided by the hotel with the exception of a Kosher event.

Can my guests attending the event get a discount on hotel rooms?

Yes, please ask your event manager about a room block.

Is there parking for my event?

Yes, we do provide valet parking at $20 per vehicle which can either be hosted by you or your guests can pay for valet. There is also a parking garage attached to the hotel that is owned by The City of Beverly Hills for guests to self-park.

How long can I have my event?

Lunch pricing is based on a 3 hour event, dinner pricing is based on a 4 hour event, and wedding pricing is based on a 5 hour event. Ask your event manager if you would like for your event to be longer.

What’s included from the hotel for my event?

We provide banquet tables, banquet chairs (white folding chairs for ceremonies), champagne or white linen, silverware, glassware, chargers, bone white china.

Do you provide any décor for the event?

We do not. You are welcome to bring in any centerpieces, décor, etc. to personalize your event.

What vendors can I use?

You are welcome to use any vendors you like. All vendors must present a Certificate of Insurance with The Maybourne Beverly Hills listed as an additional insured and for up to $2 million in liability.

Do I need a wedding planner?

Yes, all weddings are required to have a full time wedding planner with a valid Certificate of Insurance for their business.
